Teresa serves as the Vice President for Integrated Care Management with Intermountain Healthcare. She has over 30 years of progressive nursing leadership experience in home care long term care, public health and health reform. Teresa recently earned a DNP from the University of Utah. She is a Clinical Faculty member of the University of Utah, College of Nursing, teaching in the graduate and undergraduate programs.
Ms Garrett is a Fellow in the Robert Wood Johnson Executive Nurse Fellows Program (2007 Cohort). She holds the credential of a board certified advanced practice public health nurse (APHN-BC).In her spare time, Teresa loves to hike, play in the sun, quilt and spend time with friends and family. She and her husband Brian are the proud parents of amazing two children and a fantastic grandson!
