Director of Nursing for five counties for the Florida's Department of Health: Children's Medical Services Network in Ocala, Florida. Ms. Wright accepted her position in 2007, after serving as Clinical Coordinator for the Congenital Heart Institute, Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and Women in Orlando, Florida and as a Clinical Manager for Children's Cardiology Associates in Austin, Texas. She currently serves on the Regional Financial Advisory Committee for Children's Medical Services and was previously appointed to the Texas State Board of Health Advisory Council for Children with Special Health Care Needs. Ms. Wright has received local, state and national notoriety for developing the program "Kids and K-9s for Healthy Choices." This program provides a fun and educational approach to those children and families who are looking for a healthy life style.
