Ann is the Vice President of Clinical Excellence for Ascension Health and Executive Director of the Ascension Health Patient Safety Organization (PSO), the largest Catholic and non-profit health system in the country operating in 20 states and the District of Columbia, where she guides the implementation of Clinical Excellence initiatives in partnership with administrative, clinical and chief nursing officer leadership. She is the PI for an R-18 grant from the Agency for Healthcare Research Quality (AHRQ): A multi-site demonstration project to reform medical liability focused on Perinatal Safety and Risk reduction.
