Kathleen “Kathy” Davis serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer for Presbyterian Healthcare Services. She is the senior leader for quality and performance improvement, clinical effectiveness, innovation, community health and serves as the nursing executive for the system. She provides leadership and expertise for the organization's Qualiaty Journey. Areas of clinical focus incude Evidence Based Care Design, patient saftey, mortality reduction and customer experience improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methods.
Kathy holds a Bachelors degree in Nursing from West Texas A&M University and a MBA from the University of New Mexico, Anderson School of Management.
Kathy was selected for the prestigious Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Nurse Executive Fellowship in 2000 and continues as an Alumnus. In 2011, she was inducted into the University of New Mexico Anderson School of Management's Hall of Fame and received the Women of Influence award from the New Mexico Business Journal.
