Adult Mental Health (AMH) Regional Nurse Administrator for the Minnesota Department of Human Services, State Operated Services (SOS). Ms. Bajari coordinates nursing practice across a complex and geographically dispersed system, providing clinical oversight to: ten 16-bed acute psychiatric Community Behavioral Health Hospital's, community-based Assertive Community Treatment, Inpatient Crisis, Specialized Populations Residential Services and Mobile Crisis and Community Partnerships Network. She was part of a leadership team responsible for the initial development of a system-wide Adult Mental Health centralized pre-admission process, development of an electronic medication error reporting process and four, regional staffing pools. Ms. Bajari, a member on the State contract negotiations team, has developed several specialized labor agreements in response to the multiple changes within SOS mental health services. Previously, she served as Director of Nursing for two Regional Treatment Centers and the Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Services.
