Charlotte Mather M.B.A., B.S.N., R.N., 2008 Cohort
Director, Women's and Children's Services at Genesys Regional Medical Center in Grand Blanc, Michigan, a 410-bed academic medical center that is part of Ascension Health. In her role as Director, Ms. Mather is responsible for the Women's and Children's service line. She currently holds a state leadership position as the Legislative Coordinator with the Association of Women's Health Obstetrics and Neonatal Nursing as well as serving on their National Nominating Committee for the Board of Directors. She is an appointed member of the Coalition of Michigan Organizations of Nursing. Mrs. Mather is very active in the Genesee County March of Dimes on their Board of Directors and Signature Chefs event. She participates on the steering committee of the Great Start Collaborative of Genesee County and a number of community wide initiatives to address infant mortality. Mrs. Mather was awarded the Nightingale Award for Nursing from Oakland University in the Distinguished Alumni category (2008) and the Corporate Woman of Achievement Award from the Genesee County YWCA (2009).
