Dr. Adele Webb is the Senior Academic Director of Workforce Solutions at Capella University. A past President of the Cleveland Campus of Chamberlain University, Dr. Webb has over 20 years of experience in higher education adminstration. Adele's clinical expertise is HIV and non-communicable diseases in the developing world. She is a past president of the Association of Nurses in AIDS Care and served as its first Nurse Executive Director. Adele has testified for the Institute of Medicine and has consulted on HIV clinical issues with two White House administrations and the Institute of Medicine. Well published in international HIV issues, Adele reviews grants for HRSA and the CDC and publications for several refereed nursing journals. Adele was recently honored with the Nicholas Andrew Cummings Award for extraordinary contributions to interprofessional health care.
