Susan is Program Manager for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) Executive Nurse Fellows program at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) in Greensboro, NC. She provides program support and is the liaison between fellows and their executive coaches in the program as well as between the National Program Office and the fellows’ alumni association. Susan worked most recently in CCL’s Office of Advancement on the annual campaign and in grant tracking and, prior to that, for the RWJF Substance Abuse Policy Research Program (SAPRP), as liaison between grantees and the foundation in grants administration and reporting. Susan has copy editing experience including an SAPRP series of research agendas and CCL white papers. She holds a BA from Duke University and a Master’s in Piano Performance from UNC-Greensboro, and taught piano and taught and helped develop Kindermusik curricula for many years. She loves music, writing, reading, and field trips with her husband and three children.
