Kristen has worked at CCL in various roles across the organization. She served as a Program Coordinator for various open enrollment programs and custom programs. She also worked as a graduate assistant and as the leader of a student team while studying at Regent University. Kristen holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent. Kristen is passionate about serving others and is a volunteer with the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Kristen is excited to be a member of the RWJF ENF team and is dedicated to serving current fellows, alumni and the National Program Office team with excellence.
