Dean of Nursing for College of Menominee Nation in Keshena, Wisconsin since 2007 located on the Menominee Indian Reservation in North Central Wisconsin, one of 34 tribal community colleges in the United States. Ms.Taylor is responsible for curriculum development and the implementation of a new Associate Degree Nursing program and Health Careers track at the college. Previously, she served as the coordinator of a Master's in Nursing program at St. Anthony College of Nursing in Rockford, Illinois. Her nursing research interests include asthma management and affective learning in nursing education. Ms. Taylor presented "Development of a Nursing Program within the Tribal College System" at the National Alaska Native American Indian Nurses Association conference in Cleveland, Ohio, and the Wisconsin League for Nursing conference in Milwaukee. She has published articles on asthma in Chronic Respiratory Disease and online learning in Nursing Education Perspectives. She was also the recipient of the "Best Research Poster Award" from the Illinois Nursing Expo for a presentation of "A Cognitive-Behavioral Approach to Asthma Management."
