Greater MN Adult Mental Health (AMH) Chief Nursing Administrator and State-wide Clinical Director of Ambulatory Services within the Minnesota Department of Human Services, State Operated Services (SOS). In her new role as State-wide Clinical Director for Ambulatory Services Ms. Bajari is in the process of developing behavioral health Ambulatory Services including integration with primary care, tele-mental health, access and consultative services for individuals with severe mental illness. As Chief Nursing Administrator for Greater Minnesota's Adult Mental Health programs Ms. Bajari coordinates nursing practice across a complex and geographically dispersed system, providing clinical oversight to: seven 16-bed acute psychiatric Community Behavioral Health Hospital's, four Intense Residential Treatment Services (IRT's) community-based Assertive Community Treatment, Inpatient Crisis, Mobile Crisis and Community Partnerships Network. She was part of a leadership team responsible for the initial development of a system-wide Adult Mental Health centralized pre-admission process, development of an electronic medication error reporting process and four, regional staffing pools. Ms. Bajari, a member on the State contract negotiations team, has developed several specialized labor agreements in response to the multiple changes within SOS mental health services. Previously, she served as Director of Nursing for two Regional Treatment Centers and the Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Services.
