Carole Romm is a health care consultant, specializing in supporting organizations that serve low income and underserved populations. She is currently leading the accountability and quality initiatives for the state of Oregon as it implements its health system transformation for the Medicaid population. She obtained a baccalaureate in labor relations at Cornell University, a nursing degree from Portland Community College, and a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from Portland State University.
