Ms. Sullivan has over thirty years experience in the administration of home and community-based services. Her current responsibilities with Dignity Health include the operational oversight and implementation of strategic initiatives for post acute care and cancer care services throughout the central coast of California.
Prior to joining Dignity Health, Ms. Sullivan was Vice President, Operations, for CliniShare, Inc., a fifty million dollar Home Care subsidiary of UniHealth in Los Angeles where she had both clinical and operational responsibility for all programs. She received her undergraduate degree in Nursing from Mount Saint Mary's College in Los Angeles, her graduate degree from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and is currently engaged in final dissertation work at the University of California, San Francisco's Hartford Center for Geriatric Nursing Excellence PhD program.
Kathleen is very active in both the California and the National Home Care Associations having served for 10 years on the California Association for Health Services at Home (CAHSAH) Board of Directors and 4 years as the Region IX Board Member to the National Association for Home Care (NAHC). In 2001, Ms. Sullivan was awarded the California Association for Health Services at Home's Lois C. Lillick award for outstanding contributions to the development of local, state, and national home care associations.
Kathleen completed a Robert Wood Johnson Fellowship in Executive Leadership Development for Nurses in the Spring of 2003 and served a term as Treasurer for the RWJ Executive Nurse Fellow's Alumni Association Board of Directors.
