Since May, 2010, Dr. Moye has been at George Washington University Center for Health Care Quality serving as Associate Director of the National Program Office for Aligning Forces for Quality, the signature effort of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. The grant funds a $300 million multi-year program and includes 16 alliances across the country focusing on improving the quality of health care. Prior to joining the NPO, Dr. Moye served in various roles in the school of medicine and college of nursing at East Carolina Uiversity from 1999-2010 and at the Medical University of South Carolina from 1988-1997.Dr. Moye earned her PhD in 2006 She has been the recipient of the "Outstanding Mentor" for Sigma Theta Tau, Beta Nu Chapter, the North Carolina "Great 100" Doctoral Student Scholarship, and the Excellence in Leadership award from the American Academy of Ambulatory Care Nurses.
